Juvelook (PDLLA Collagen-Stimulating Skin Booster)
Juvelook, Juvelook Volume, PDLLA, Poly-D,L-Lactic Acid, Skin Booster

Instead of doing 3–4 rounds of Rejuran, one or two sessions of Juvelook can last over a year. The catch is that results don't show right away — you need to wait 2–3 months before you see 'oh, something's different.' If you're worried about lumps, go to an experienced clinic, and be diligent about massaging after treatment.
How it works
Juvelook is made from PDLLA — the same material used in dissolvable sutures — ground into fine microparticles and injected into the skin. These particles slowly dissolve over time, stimulating your collagen 'factory' the whole way. It's like planting seeds in your skin that grow into collagen over months.
Types
The original formulation with PDLLA 42.5mg + HA 7.5mg. Its ultra-fine 10–40μm particles distribute in the upper dermis for skin retexturing — primarily targeting fine lines, pores, and overall skin quality rather than volume.
A high-concentration, large-particle version. PDLLA 170mg (about 4x the standard), with larger 50–60μm particles that sit deeper in the dermis. Designed for areas that need volume restoration: sunken cheeks, under-eye hollows, nasolabial folds.
Doctor skill dependency
4/5Pain level
3/5With numbing cream, it's manageable. It's more of a deep, achy pressure than sharp needle pricks. Most people say it's less painful than Rejuran.
Not recommended for
Keloid-prone individuals (PDLLA stimulation can trigger excessive tissue response) Autoimmune conditions (risk of overactive immune reaction) Pregnant or breastfeeding Active inflammation or breakouts at the treatment site
Procedure
Numbing cream is applied and left on for 30 minutes → Juvelook is injected into the full face or targeted areas using a fine needle → massaged in to spread evenly → done. The actual treatment time (minus numbing) is about 15–20 minutes.
